Q. Are your prices flexible? Can you send me your pricelist?
A. We pride ourselves on tailoring an event to your specific needs. Events are not a fixed item; they vary greatly depending on the food requirements, drink menu, décor, decorations, length of event, entertainment, and other variables you may require. This means there are many variables possible and we prefer to meet with you to decipher your exact needs before we can discuss price. This is a free, no obligation meeting so we can get an idea of what you want and need for your event. We can then discuss pricing because we know what you are requiring for your event. We continue to liaise with you in the lead up to your event to make sure your event is how you envisioned.

Q. How far in advance do I need to book my event?
A. This depends on the event in question. For weddings it is best to book a year in advance, for other events you should book at least six months in advance. This leaves time to plan an event so the reality meets your vision! Part of our service is taking the headache out of organising all the finicky details. We need to co-ordinate décor, decorations, catering, staffing, special requests, and of course, ensure the venue is available on the desired day.

HOWEVER, please call for availability, as we take bookings up to one week before the event, pending availability of the hall.

Q. Can the food be catered differently?
A. Absolutely! We can tailor any dish to suit your guest’s needs, or your vision for the night. We can exclude certain ingredients, provide vegetarian menus, provide cultural dishes, and even make a special dish for just one person on your guest list.

We routinely provide our guests with fusion food, buffets, cocktail parties, à la carte, mini buffets, vegetarian meals and specific cultural meals. Please feel free to discuss all your menu needs with our event co-ordinators. They know food, and they know events. They can help you tailor your menu exactly to your needs.

Q. Is there parking?
A. There is a lot of free parking on the streets surrounding the Concord Function Centre. We also have VIP parking available for organisers, close family members or the bride and groom.

Q. Is your venue wheelchair friendly?
Yes, the Concord Function Centre has a ramp and a wheelchair friendly toilet. All public areas inside the venue are even surfaced and accessible. We also have a wheelchair friendly space at the front of our venue which is usually designated for VIP guests. We will need to be informed in advance of guests’ needs so we have these accessible to your guests.
